Since 1946 FASTI researches, designs and manufactures precise and dependable chain-making machines to satisfy the most diverse desires of the jewelry and fashion accessories industry. 1946 Nino and Ricciotti Borga establish Fasti: a small mechanical workshop with great ambition. Fasti launches itself in the field of chain making machines, a completely new industry in Italy. 1953 Fasti invents the GE machine, an authentic technical revolution in the production of “curb” chain and the EV machine for “married venetian” chain. 1957 Fasti partecipate for the first time in the Hannover fair. 1960 Thanks to an important technological innovation, Fasti is the first in the world to introduce tools interchangeable on its machines. 1970 Fasti dedicates itself to industrial reorganization and expands its presence in international market. 1980 The FM line of machines is born with excellent chain production capacity. 1982 Fasti invents the RCM machine for production of rope chain which was handmade then. 1990 A high speed and low noise ball chain making machine model MPL, destined to become an excellent mechanical jewel, is launched. 1996 Fasti celebrates its first 50 years. A new production plant is inaugurated, designed privileging in quality and safety of the working environment. 2002 Fasti presents its first chain soldering system using laser technology, a trend that is catching on in the industry. 2010 Fasti designs and manufactures its first line of soldering lasers applicable to its chain making machines which finally renders soldering possible on “difficult” metal such as silver, platinum and 24k.The RCL machine is born, making Fasti a world leader in the production of laser rope. 2022 Fasti grows, producing more precise and reliable machines continuously. The FZAL and FZVA machines are launched, one and only in the market in the production of alternating cable and venetian chain. The company introduces itself on a permanent basis in the fashion market and patents the CST machines for production of basket chain. 2024 The company also enters the fashion sector on a permanent basis and patents the CST machine to produce basket chains.
